Introduction. Binge eating disorder, as a fairly new has recently been added to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5, it is characterized by recurrent frequent episodes large quantities food in short time frame. The aim this study was associate binge disorder with obsessive-compulsive addiction, which crucial for understanding appropriate treatment patients. Material Methods. We reviewed literature from PubMED database January 2000 May 2021 using keywords: both English German language. Results. part cycle may be considered obsessive thinking about weight, appearance or bad mood, where hunger satiation replaced compulsion loss control, ritual eating, secret eating.
